Our senior massage therapist & director is Bruno Tarapa. Here are a few fun facts from Bruno about himself;
• I am a Franklin Local, and grew up in Buckland & Port Waikato. I now live in Pukekohe with my wife Nikki & our 3 children
• After trying out a few careers early on, I began following in my Dad’s footsteps. He was an incredible healer & massage therapist. Having been on the recieving end of massage many times through my younger sporting days, it has taught me a great deal of empathy towards my clients. I have been a fully qualified massage therapist for over 12 years now.
•My other passion is Waka Ama. I paddle and train on the Waikato river for our club Nga Kaihoe o te Puaha Inc & compete in many national events. I also love to give back sport, together my wife and I coach and manage 4 junior club teams, 2 senior teams and also the Pukekohe High School Waka Ama teams.
• I am honoured and privalged to have been the official Massage Therapist for the Counties Manukau Steelers since 2013 as well as providing sports massage to many local netball teams.
